PERSONNEL TRANSFER SYSTEM BY MARINE CRANE

When vessels are berthing or at anchorage, rope or accommodation
ladders are used for persons to embark or disembark the vessel.
However, this can be inconvenient and in adverse weather conditions, highly dangerous.
Some vessels use cargo cranes (PVC,HHC) to transport people without a proper system in place.
This leads to accidents due to the misuse of equipment not certified for personnel transfer.
